For the past twenty years, I have been driven by a deep inner calling to make a real and lasting impact on the lives of others. As is often the case, I have learned as much from my students as they have learned from me.
I’ve discovered that a staggering number of men and women run their lives on auto-pilot, without any real relationship with themselves or their emotions.
This makes sense, if you think about it, because why would anyone want to get in touch with their emotions if they were never taught what they are, or that there’s value in them?
So, many simply stuff them…driving them deeper into their nervous systems—using food, TV, shopping, social media, alcohol—anything to distract them from this energy so they can relax for a while.
But that energy doesn’t go away…it just builds…sending louder and louder messages until we cannot ignore it anymore.

The most distressing news is that pre-schoolers are the fastest growing population going on these drugs.
Clearly, we are missing something when it comes to the role our emotions play in our lives.
No matter how balanced and well-adjusted one might be, nearly everyone’s life is touched by depression and/or anxiety in some way…either their own or someone else’s that they love.
The truth is, most of us are lacking any real education on our emotions and many simply have no idea what to do with them.
In this week’s video, How to Set Yourself Free Emotionally, I share 3 tips on how to move emotional energy rather than letting it build and accumulate inside until it wreaks havoc on our physical, mental and emotional health.
