In this episode, I have the incredible pleasure of interviewing my dear friend and mentor, Dr. Michael Brant DeMaria, about what it means to live a truly soulful life, and how the popularized positive thinking movement has forgotten to mention a few things.

Michael has over 30 years of experience as an integrative psychologist and meditation teacher.  He is also a yoga teacher, adjunct professor, bestselling author and 4-time Grammy nominated musician.

He currently practices integrative wellness and soul guidance with people from around the world and from his home base on the Florida Gulf Coast in Pensacola, Florida. You can find out more about him at www.michaeldemaria.com or his online program at www.alldaypeace.com.

Thank you to Michael for his permission to use a clip from his album, The River, for this podcast.
